- Scrum master experience in a complex large-scale enterprise
- Experience on a Value Stream or Program leadership team
- Experience in an agile environment in other roles; such as quality assurance, development, product owner, or as an agile coach
- Proven knowledge and experience with agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
- An experienced servant leader and coach for cross-functional agile teams and value stream leadership teams to deliver and support complex products and offerings.

- Surface delivery health by understanding and leveraging metrics, delivery dashboards, risk mitigation strategies, dependency coordination, and feedback loops
- Able to work in a Science Program (not your normal SDLC).
- Ability to create an agile operating model outside of normal software development and agile project management skills - a lot of Science work is project based until it gets closer to the development lifecycle.
