Apartment Ground/ helper part time to full time

Looking for ground / labor person for med apartment community, must have own transportation. Trash units , pickup trash , water flowers and plants , help Maint with work orders and moving items . Must be hard working and team player and above all We are looking for someone that is wanting to advance and seeking long term employment .

Need to be able to start asap

Responsible , dependable last piece of the puzzle
