APARTMENT MAINTENANCE - Experienced Handy Man needed

90 unit property - nice location, well maintained.

# Team player who is professional, courteous, and well-mannered.

# Needs to be organized, a self-starter, and show initiative with repairs/issues/concerns.

# Complete apartment turn-overs efficiently

# Complete resident work orders in a timely manner

# Experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, Drywall, Carpentry, Painting very helpful

# Grounds maintenance for curb appeal

# HVAC experience a plus

# On call for possible after hours emergencies.

Must pass drug screening and background check. Should have valid driver's license.
