Apartment Maintenance Tech

Apartment maintenance Tech needed part time for Housing complex in Salem Ohio. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check. This person must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, you must be able to climb a ladder when needed and go up and down stairs. We are looking for someone who has experience in Basic property maintenance such as Painting, light electrical, light plumbing such as trouble shooting water leaks in toilets, sinks, faucets and have the ability to repair along with the tools to make the repairs. You must have reliable transportation and basic tool to do the job. This person would work directly with the manager of the property and also work independently. This position could be full time if the person is willing to travel to help out at other locations within an hour or so of the property.
