Apartment punch work and maintenance

We are looking for sub-contractors (not businesses) to do piecework punches and hourly work orders.

Our company needs motivated individuals to service multi family complexes. This is sub contractor work (looking for individuals, not a company) , must have all tools that apply to apartment maintenance work.

Requirements:

W9 required

Proof of drivers license and social security card to begin work

Weekly pay

Must conduct yourself in a professional manner

Reliable transportation

Need to keep detailed log of work orders completed

Must have your own tools
