This Contract Role as an Application Manager in Mason, OH will be responsible for the transitioning of Digital applications developed by the digital innovation team development/implementation to production. This role is On-site in Mason, OH.Responsibilities:- Help in the transformation for several apps that were developed in beauty care R&D
- Create strategy and transformation plans
- Service level management documentation
- Document user level KPIs
- Create knowledge share documents
- Knowledge share with others that develop these digital assets and then will create strategy around those applications hand off
- 2+ years of experience moving apps from implementation to production
- Applications built with Azure dashboards PowerBI dashboards with Azure devops , some python front end -Java background, modeling and simulation applications
- Knowledge of how to establish a strategy/transition plan for ensuring ongoing Infocsec compliance, application support for incident problem and service level management.
- Have experience establishing KPIs for adoption
- Have experience creating appropriate knowledge documentation for applications.
