One of our clients is looking for the position of
Senior Architect – Salesforce based on following skills: Contractor must be able to pick up equipment and report onsite as needed. Work will primarily be remote. Senior architects are capable of designing, developing, and implementing application infrastructure to provide highly-complex, reliable, and scalable applications and systems to meet the organization’s objectives and requirements. Senior Architects are familiar with a variety of application technologies, environments, concepts, methodologies, practices, and procedures. They rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish agency goals. Years of Relevant Experience:- 10 Plus years software design, development, testing, and architecture
- 5 years experience with Salesforce custom application development
- 4 -year college degree in computer science or related field with advanced study preferred.
- Must hold the Salesforce Application Architect certification.
- Must have 2 years experience supporting a Digital Experience community having at least 5000 users.
- Synchronization of IT Salesforce strategy and planning with the organization's existing and future business goals
- Understanding business processes, the systems that support them, and how the systems work together to provide end-to-end solutions across the agency
- Optimization of information management strategies to allow for flexibility and scalability in an environment of growing business requirements and technological functionalities
- Promotion of shared applications and infrastructure to cut expenditures and enhance the flow of information
- Works to provide an opinion-based enterprise solution that is flexible, scalable and capable of synchronizing with continuously changing business requirements
- Technical Expertise
- Participates in the migration and development of Salesforce applications for business stakeholders.
- Administration of risks related to IT assets by means of proper security policies and standards
- Direct/indirect participation in developing policies, guidelines and standards that steer the development, selection, application and utilization of IT within an organization
- Develops employee know-how and abilities in particular areas of expertise
- Manages conversion of workflow charts to language that can be processed by computer and entering of program codes and test data into computer.
- Trains others in systems analysis, feasibility studies, programming, and program coding.
- Prescribes standards for terms and symbols used to simplify interpretation of programs.
- Works with business stakeholders and IT leadership to define strategic architecture.
- Communicates with Executive Management the decisioning process and strategic direction based on the outcomes of research, analysis and planning.
