The Insurance & Retirement Services Operations team can be viewed in two segments; 1) Support day-to-day processing of applications for our products, 2) Transform, enhance or launch products in partnership with our Product & Technology teams.In this role, you will be an Operations leader, managing a team that is responsible for the processing of applications from our products (529, Annuities & Life Insurance) and partnering with our Transformation team to adapt to innovations that focuses on uplifting our processes.In addition to applications processing, the team also conducts money transfers, policy services, management of procedural changes, researching & resolving errors, and performing oversight & reconciliation functions. As a manager in this space, you'll be relied on as a subject matter expert on our products . The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and experience in operational processes and systems.
