Behavioral Technician

No experience necessary!

Behavior technicians will receive training to implement science-based therapy called ABA (applied behavioral analysis), to help individuals with autism or other behavioral needs to build skills in communication, socialization, self-help, educational and play skills.

Prospective employees must be compassionate and caring with an ability to build report with clients and staff. Excellent verbal and writing skills a plus.
