ProMedica Physicians have locations serving northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, all working together with a single mission: the health of our communities.POSITION SUMMARYProvides timely and effective Outpatient and EAP services to clients of PPG Behavioral Health. Provides diagnostic assessments and individual, group and family therapy. Provides non-diagnostic EAP counseling for employees of ProMedica EAP contracted companies and ProMedica System employees. Is available for a call rotation for EAP after hours.ACCOUNTABILITIES

Job Requirements:Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.Skills: Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs. Good organizational and communication skills. Years of Experience: post Graduate work experience in a direct clinical setting (Example internship)License: Must have valid driver’s license.Certification: Currently licensed as a LSW, LISW, or LPCC by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board, or a licensed psychologist, PhD. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer. CPI certification within 6 months of hire or transfer.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Master’s preferred.Years of Experience: 1+ years of post graduate work experience.Certification: Prefer Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).ProMedica is a mission-based, not-for-profit integrated healthcare organizational headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
