Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper with great interpersonal skills and a background in accounting to join our team. Offered as a short-term contract / temporary position, this role is based in the West Chester, Ohio region. Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits

Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Preside over and review general ledger

Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries

Look after archived records by categorizing documents Requirements - 2+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

Prior experience using accounting software

Account reconciliation experience

Shipping documentation experience

Solid understanding of Enter Invoices

Expertise in QuickBooks
