Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the industry, located in Mentor, Ohio. The individual will be part of a dynamic team, managing multiple clients and their specific needs. This role involves the management of financial records, client liaison, and providing necessary financial guidance. This is a hybrid position with standard business hours.Responsibilities: Handle the account reconciliation process and review financial records regularly Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of client accounts Close books and manage the bookkeeping process for all clients Provide guidance and input on financial matters to clients Assist clients with balance sheet queries and clarifications Liaise with clients on-site as per their requirements Collaborate with CPAs by providing them with well-maintained books Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial processes and tasks Handle payroll-related tasks as necessaryThey do offer a full benefits package! Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required, to effectively track and pay all financial obligations of the company. Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential, enabling the company to maintain accurate records of all incoming finances. Experience in Bank Reconciliations is mandatory, to ensure all financial transactions align with bank statements. The candidate must have substantial Bookkeeping skills, to maintain financial records and perform regular audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, to efficiently manage and analyze financial data. Ability to handle Month End Close processes is essential, ensuring all financial reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner. The candidate must have experience in managing Payroll, to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.
