As a Business Analysis Specialist Sr-IT within PNC's Business Analytics' organization, you will be based in Brecksville, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Miamisburg, OH, Columbus, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL & Houston, TX. For the right candidate this position may also be remote.Job DescriptionEvaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood

Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team

Develop and manage the overall UAT test plan.

Coordinate and execute UAT scripts.

Supporting business applications and system enhancements

Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.

Consults on the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams.

Communicates with stakeholders and technology teams on moderately complex business requirements, provides gap analysis and facilitates future business process modeling for clients.

Provides expertise and problem-solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process.

Assists in multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment.
