• Extensive experience in testing and writing scripts especially with SSIS, COBOL, .Net The recruiter needs to dig deep into the candidates experience and request for work examples
• Lead experience The comm and written English will have to be top notch, someone with mediocre comm skills will not fly.

• Ability to capture business needs and shapes requirements through dialogue with business and IT Partners
• Identifies and researches alternative solutions, develops documentation of solutions and verifies against user requirements. Obtains approval on requirements
• Leads design reviews and walkthroughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
• MedCompass background and knowledge
• Experienced in running automated testing and creating scripts
• Care Management Experience
