Job Description: Work directly for/with Sr. and Principal Product Owner(s), Principal Product Manager, business, and marketing stakeholders to create requirements into user stories for development. Assist and learn to run standups, retrospectives, and planning alongside the Senior Product Owners. Gain understanding of the existing products and technology ad learn processes to further knowledge. Analyze incoming client request tickets, and generate daily reporting for Product Owners, stakeholders, and VP level client and tech leaders. Ability to create reports, dashboards, presentable information using tools like JIRA, Excel/ VBA, Tableau, SQL, ADO etc. to create presentable information for leadership to utilize for client communications. Ability to create, update and modify existing KPIs around client tickets, issues and high priority ask on a regular basis for a detailed analysis and outputs. Ability to write simple SQL queries to do data analysis using SQL server or other similar tools. Collaborate with the product team to learn, understand, and assist with the product and projects' vision Understand the backlog of the impacted teams and seek necessary directions and steps to successfully remediate issues and roadblocks. Learn and provide valuable insight in key meetings as it relates to development LOE, feasibility and impact of scope to go live timeline. Aligns with and escalates as needed to team leads in regular touchpoint meetings. Responsible for daily communications to leaders across the board for high-priority client tickets and requests for immediate attention and remediation. Work with Product Manager and Product Readiness to learn the critical needs and learn ways to support the processes. Self-motivated professional with capability to understand and enhance existing processes and bring new quality measures in place for enhance the processes and products.
