Job Title: Business AnalystJob DescriptionThis role is located in Ohio and requires working onsite 5 days a week. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital opportunities in the EHSQ environment, aligning with business objectives and strategies. Evaluate existing EHSQ systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend digital solutions to enhance effectiveness and compliance. Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on digital technologies and their application in the EHSQ environment; high level of comfort with wearing the system administrator / business analyst hat when needed. Analyze, design, and implement technical solutions to meet the needs of our organization; lead the solution design and delivery of tools/platforms such as CorityOne EHSQ management to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility of EHSQ processes. Conduct training sessions, demos, and workshops to educate employees on the use of digital tools and promote a culture of digital adoption in the EHSQ space. Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement and configure digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. Monitor and analyze data from digital systems to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in EHSQ performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital manufacturing and EHSQ management.Hard Skills
