The team is relatively new to using a Business Analyst and the majority of work has been getting done from System Analysts. This person will be working hand in hand with the clinical staff, IT and the business and will primarily be responsible for gathering requirements, workflows and keeping projects aligned the scope and project managers. Additionally, this person may need to do some UAT. Proven experience in writing business requirements for IT system implementations. Agile and waterfall methodology experience desirable. Per Client Manager: Emphasis on role being more operational focus – workflow development, requirements development, relationships building. This may be even business consultants depending on the industry (vs. analysts). Less focus on testing and less system diagraming work items.
