Responsibilities:- Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possible solutions, work with Business users and IT project teams to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs and IT controls are being met.
- Works closely with the Execution Manager (EM), Experience Owner (EO), and Product Owner (PO) to identify cross impacted teams and obtain a high-level effort related to Epics and Features.
- Complete Use Cases and User Stories to guide application development efforts, working closely with the development teams and business teams to ensure successful implementation
- Analyze opportunities to improve application reliability, provide recommendations for possible solutions, and work with IT and Business partners to implement solutions that enhance application and infrastructure reliability.
- Has a strong understanding of API's, Real Time Service Calls, and external file transfers
- Perform analysis of compliance vulnerabilities, work with IT and Business teams to eliminate vulnerabilities, support internal and external audit related activities. Communicate project status and escalates issues as needed.
- Facilitate Product Backlog Items (PBI) review and estimation sessions with the project team.
- Maintains the quality of the Evergreen documentation to ensure the reliability for future related efforts or assist with remediating production incidents.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis of product and/or software development
- Bachelor's Degree
- Payments/payment processing background in 1 or more of the following: Wires, ACH, Zelle, TCH RTP or Bill Payments preferred.
- Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Has previous experience with Agile, Iterative and Waterfall delivery models.
- Strong organizational and motivational skills.
- Has written detailed Use Cases and/or User Stories with of Gherkin Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience in working in iterative/Agile environment related for middleware development.
- Previous experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops(ADO) to maintain User Stories and evergreen documentation would be preferred
- Understanding of Agile practices and project rituals
