This position is part of the Access Management Group (AMG) Center of Excellence (CoE) which provides role based access administration for CCB, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card. As a Business Ops Analyst you will be responsible for delivering quality customer service to internal customers as the primary contact for processing user access requests, leveraging multiple tools and systems for execution. This team is led by powerhouse leaders and a role on this team is an opportunity to advance your career with JP Morgan Chase.JOB SUMMARYThe Access Management Group- we also refer to as AMG- will be responsible for delivering quality customer service to internal customers as the primary contact for managing and processing access requests to their systems and leveraging multiple tools and systems to get it done. You will serve as a liaison to the business and will be responsible for complying with access control policies and standards.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides proficient production support including accurate problem identification, escalation handling, ticket documentation, and customer interaction.

Takes ownership of client issues ensuring appropriate parties are engaged for timely resolution.

Uses organizational, time management, and office automation skills to facilitate efficient job functionality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a professional environment

Problem solving skills with a customer service focus

Ability to team and partner collaboratively with business partners

Effectively multitask and deliver in a fast paced environment

Comfortable working with all ranges of employees, including executives to provide access information in easy to understand business terms

Demonstrated ability to influence people at a variety of levels internally and externally

Strong verbal and written communication skills through emails, Zoom, Skype, or over the phone.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

Experience with Access Administration or Risk & Controls

Strong understanding of the functional needs of business access. controls, strategy and technology across the firm

Experience leading small to medium-scale initiatives and projects
