We are currently hiring a Cafe Associate to train up to Assistant Manager with the next two months.

Pay range listed includes tips! Tips average $4.50 per hour. Base hourly rate $14.00 + tips.

Pay increases based on performance at 12 weeks and one year.

Weekday Shifts from: 8am to 6pm

We are looking for a Cafe Associate for our fun and vibrant cafe in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be outgoing with an upbeat personality.

Responsibilities Include:

Great Customer Service (of most importance), Food Preparation (salad bowls, acai bowls, smooths, coffee, etc.) , Point of Sale/Register (handling cash and credit cards), Detail Oriented, Handling Raw Food Materials, Cleaning, Organization, Following Opening/Closing Sheets, etc.
