Description We are offering a job opportunity in the service industry located in MILFORD, Ohio, as a Cash Application Specialist. This role involves managing cash applications and maintaining customer accounts in a professional environment. The position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle daily operations related to cash processing and remittance application using SAP and Ariba systems. Ensure accurate and timely posting of all incoming payments to the appropriate accounts. Identify and resolve any discrepancies during cash posting activities. Contribute to the financial standards of the company by adhering to regulations and guidelines on cash processing activities. Utilize Accounting Software Systems, Cash Activity, Cash Applications, Ariba, SAP Ariba, SAP, and Microsoft Excel to manage customer accounts and inquiries. Review and manage customer credit applications and records. Employ problem-solving skills to make decisions based on data analysis. Work independently with a strong customer service focus and the ability to work within a team environment. Demonstrate excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
