Let us be the best place you'll ever work.Applicants must reside in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas.A Brief OverviewThe CC Digital Communications Design Supervisor is responsible for creating interactive and self service tools for CC associates that create a better customer and associate experience while simultaneously building engagement and skill within the operation. Utilizing core competencies, this role will be responsible for creating and sharing key messages with associates through multiple channels to ensure saturation.  The DCDS supports driving engagement in the contact centers by developing and implementing digital communication tools and user friendly apps. This includes identifying, assembling, designing and developing Power Apps technology to share broad business updates and feedback. This Leader assist with the preparation and delivery of crisis communications for all digital channels, maintains and administers all SharePoint data bases, surveys and Power App tools for the CC operation.What you will doResearches, designs, and develops self service tools and materials that support identified needs within the Contact Center and are in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Develops content and initiates editorial development, follow up, and measurement. Applies strong writing and creative skills in managing overall content for Safelite's intranet site, email, and digital signage. Inputs/uploads, reviews, edits, and organizes materials to ensure content is written and presented in a user-friendly format.Administrator of the digital dashboard and project list. Manages end-to-end learning projects, including defining scope, resources and key milestones. Oversees development of content or programs by vendors and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in support of an assigned deliverable.Utilizes feedback to initiate changes, and make refinements and improvements.Maintains all communication channels and platforms, including Sharepoint. Manages efficient posts/emails as needed and handles removal and/or archival of expired or outdated content. Responsible for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of the tools (e.g., Employee usage, open rates, etc.).
