Founded in 1837, Cuyahoga County’s safety-net health system operates four hospitals, four emergency departments and more than 20 health centers.Summary:Works closely with the Change Management Manager, Program Management, various stakeholders, and the Transformation and Optimization Division to deliver a cohesive change management program. Engages and advises impacted stakeholders through innovative, insightful, and practical solutions to address change impacts and increase adoption. Engages in activities across program workstreams to drive employee ownership and adoption. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.Qualifications:Qualifications:Required:

Bachelor’s degree with two or more years of appropriate experience in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Performance Technology, Organizational Communications, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below.

1 year of experience in the practical application of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.

Experience designing and facilitating workshops and/or working sessions with impacted audiences and/or leadership.

Ability to collect information and identify fundamental patterns/trends in data.

Ability to apply Change Management tools and methodologies to support project initiatives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Ability to convey complex and technical information to a variety of audiences.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to plan and manage work on multiple projects simultaneously while anticipating obstacles and mitigating risks.

Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.Preferred:

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

2 years of experience working for a health care organization.

2 years of experience working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions.Physical Demands:

May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating.

May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing.

Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.

Ability to read job related documents.

Ability to use computer.
