CBTS is currently seeking for Cisco Voice Engineer for a position located in Cincinnati, OH. This position will support the Cisco Voice implementation/support team for HCS/UCCE/Enterprise ICM platforms.The Cisco Voice Engineer will be focused on high-end Cisco enterprise contact center marketplace installation services, Intelligent Call Routing, network to desktop CTI, multi-media including video and chat, and contact management solutions to enterprise agents over an IP-based design.

Qualifications:

CCNP Voice (CCVP), certifications preferred
Experience with all the Call Manager products a must
Cisco IP Contact Center and Unity experience
