Position: Janitorial Site Supervisor (Commercial Office) Location: Mason Ohio - near Tylersville Road and Western Row Road Rate of Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Fri Duties: Oversee a crew of cleaning personnel in a large office building - including: Coordinate and supervise on site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritizationEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsPerform regular building walk-through's and inspections. Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees.Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups.Replenish suppliesMaintain and repair equipmentFill in for absent employees. Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project executionMaintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reportsImplement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazardsProvide leadership and guidance to on-site team members, fostering a positive work environmentTroubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessary
