Job Summary: As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face of our office assisting clients with BCI and FBI background checks, fingerprinting services, and general inquiries. You’ll also support marketing efforts and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and guide them through the fingerprinting and background check process.
Perform BCI and FBI fingerprinting accurately and professionally.
Assist with marketing tasks, including social media, outreach, and promotional efforts.
Coordinate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and excellent service.
Keep the workspace clean and organized, ensuring a professional environment.
Represent our brand with pride, courtesy, and reliability.
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a pleasant demeanor.
Comfortable working with technology and handling sensitive information.
Able to stand for extended periods and manage a steady flow of clients.
Must work well with others and communicate clearly.
Applicants will be required to complete a background check.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position.
$16.99 per hour.
Weekday shifts with occasional weekend availability.
