Continue building your career and finding your place within our close family of caregivers.As Clinical Operations Analyst II, you will provide onsite training and direct support to caregivers in the proper and optimal use of clinical information systems. Under the supervision of the designated Manager and Administrative leadership, your efforts will help caregivers better understand necessary systems, such as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). While in this position, you will also have opportunities to explore professional development and career advancement within Cleveland Clinic.A caregiver in this position works days from 7:30AM - 5:00PM.A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Maintain thorough understanding of site-specific physician adoption plan.

Review progress toward goals and objectives detailed in the plan.

Coordinate and provide caregiver training and support using classroom, computer-based and one-on-one training.

Maintain education materials and monitor caregiver training and proficiency requirements,

Coordinate and provide new physician on-boarding in collaboration with Office of Physician Staff Affairs and physician remote access connection to the EMR when required.

Promote maximum utilization of EMR within the physician group and serve as a primary contact for caregiver EMR related issues.

Provide ongoing techniques to better incorporate and utilize the EMR.

Identify opportunities for improvement and work with the administrative team, project teams, and ITD/CSO to design and implement improvements, clinical systems and workflows.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Clinical background and knowledge of patient care and clinical practice, including experience with clinical information systems

Associate's degree in related field

Valid State driver's license (VDL) with a good driving record

Four years of applicable clinical experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Current licensure as Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Assistant (MA) or similar clinical knowledge

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Strong clinical background and knowledge of patient care setting and clinical practice

Extensive Epic experience, including support, documentation, go-lives and upgrades

Experience creating and running reports using Tableau, Excel, SQL

Experience in troubleshooting, education and training of clinical applications

Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $30.41Maximum hourly: $46.38The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
