Supports the Clinical Operations team through collaboration and coordination of clinical based projects. Responsible for auditing and inspecting for regulatory compliance, quality and safety initiatives. Has working knowledge of office based policy, procedure and protocols to assist practice staff with clinical workflow.Primary Duties:

Audit, inspect, collect and track clinical data for regulatory compliance, quality and safety metrics.

Assists with education to practice staff for office based testing and clinical office equipment.

Works with clinical team to identify problems related to clinical workflow management in physician offices and assist with LEAN operations to facilitate improvements.

Provides education to physician office staff to support quality improvement, safety and efficiency.

Co-instructor for New Employee Orientation Clinical Training class.

Co-instructor for MA Training Program Clinical training as well as administrative support for the program.

Coordinates physician practice moves, openings and closings.

Provides MyLearning support for PPG offices.

Participates in special projects as assigned by clinical leadership team.

Communicates and maintains effective interpersonal relationships with physicians, patients, and other health care team members. Facilitates team effort in the delivery of quality care and customer satisfaction.

Develops material for and delivers education at all annual PPG Competency Blitz.

Represents PPG on various system committees.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Must be a high school graduate or its equivalent.

Completion of a recognized MA program at an accredited college or university or equivalent with minimum of one year working in a physician’s office or related health care setting is required.

Proficiency of Microsoft applications required.

Working knowledge of office based regulatory requirements.

MA certification required.
