Using your deep technical and market knowledge and your thorough understanding of our business goals, you will ensure we have the right infrastructure solutions in place for the future. In addition, you will direct programs to implement regional and global Infrastructure strategies, provide input into financial planning and controls for infrastructure on a regional and global level, and manage the complexity of regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross-charging.Description:The Cloud Engineer at Mondelez is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of solutions that are used by the global enterprise in the cloud. This role is hands on keyboard technical development and engineering and will build expertise in developing enterprise grade solutions. Over the course of the assignment, you will become an expert in cloud development, as well as develop expertise in designing secure, scalable solutions using a variety of infrastructure, services, operating systems, and software development languages and frameworks. This role will be pivotal in defining the policies, standards, controls, and best practices for running enterprise workloads in the cloud.Responsibilities:- Establish the next generation cloud platform in from the ground up, and an automated provisioning processes to enable repeatable, scalable and secure cloud environments:
- Establishing the cloud organizations account and related configuration
- CI/CD Pipelines for sub-account provisioning
- Define and develop the technical rules, guardrails, and preventative and detective controls in the to enable engineers to be productive and secure
- Design, develop/engineer, automate and deploy enterprise solutions for the cloud, moving to Serverless when possible
- Ensure application performance, availability, confidentiality, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and well-architected design
- Contribute to the design and development of the IaaS software configuration management strategy, and implement the automation and tools to achieve the strategy
- Contribute to the design and development of standards for CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to the design and development of the IaaS operating systems golden images, patching and maintenance strategy and systems
- Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Software development programming/scripting, including: Terraform, Bash, Powershell, Java, Python, SQL, Serverless applications, API clients and endpoints
- Ability to apply the concept of least privilege in the cloud
- Working knowledge of modern authentication protocols such as SAML, Oauth, OpenIDConnect, as well as other security concepts such as TLS, PKI etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a highly skilled engineering team environment
- Ability to grow your career and learn, and mentor junior engineers
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Support in obtaining industry relevant certifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related degree
- Passion for technical hands on work
- Experience architecting, designing, hands-on development, and implementing cloud solutions on Azure, Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS
- Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS certifications
- Ability to demonstrate a working understanding of and experience with the five pillars of a well-architected frameworks
- Proven ability to collaborative with multi-disciplinary and diverse teams
- Experience of designing and implementing a multi-platform product in a Cloud environment
