Coating Operator - Nights

Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical curiosity? Avery Dennison is seeking a dependable Coating Machine Operator to own machine setups, monitor technical processes, and drive high-quality production results.What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):Operate & Troubleshoot: Lead machine setups, changeovers, and asset operations (including unwinds, dies, and winders). Monitor gauges, valves, and temperatures to ensure process specifications are met.Ensure Quality: Periodically test product characteristics using standard measuring tools, proactively troubleshooting equipment abnormalities.Collaborate & Track: Partner with teammates to meet daily production goals, participate in continuous improvement (5S/ELS) processes, and enter accurate transaction records into our digital tracking systems.Prioritize Safety: Keep a clean, organized work area and wear required PPE, serving as a safety leader on the floor.
