Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in the security industry based in UNIONTOWN, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for managing the collection processes, answering inbound calls, and utilizing your proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Epic Software.Responsibilities: Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner. Manage collection processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Use Accounting Software Systems to track and process customer payments. Respond to customer inquiries related to their accounts and resolve any issues that arise. Utilize Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Epic Software to maintain accurate customer credit records. Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries regarding billing functions. Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reports related to collection processes. Work closely with the accounting department to ensure all financial data is accurate. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action if payments are not received. Work in a team-oriented environment to achieve overall company financial objectives. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR). Ability to handle billing functions efficiently. Experience with collection processes. Must be comfortable answering inbound calls. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed collection targets. Must have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
