This position will lead transactional sales processes within the business and focus on creating customer value, and in turn driving business performance.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Lead projects/process improvement to execute Lean strategy within Sales & Marketing
Own the digital Kaizen board & drive action planning to execute on key deliverables
Define & maintain sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), standard work by role, and other FLIGHT DECK standards that enable Lean implementation in both business transactions and the fulfillment of products and services within GE Aviation
Partner in overcoming business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes and services
Drive Lean deployment at a global level including methods, tools, and transformation plans
Stay informed of industry trends that may influence work
Support Knowledge Sharing & Learning Platforms
Facilitate Operating Cadences to drive improvements of KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university
5+ years of experience in commercial and/or process improvement
Expertise in problem-solving
Deep understanding of Lean and related areas (six sigma, VSM, kaizen, standard work, leader standard work, problem solving, Kanban and lean transformations)
Desired Characteristics

Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce.com)
Hands-on experience with implementing change projects
