We are proud to provide high quality glass packaging for beer, wine, spirits, food, non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for standard hourly jobs and position oversight, contract interpretation, and acts to mitigate risk against local practice and bias across 22 operational locations.

Responsible to interpret rate increase language and determine revised rates across the jobs and positions. Will coordinate rate increases with system teams for proper importing and timing.

Perform audits necessary to ensure compliance of jobs and positions, pay policies, attendance policies, benefits, labor rate integrity, and shift definitions to collective bargaining agreements across hourly workforce (union/non-union).

Create and maintain relevant requirement documents.

Functional liaison with Plant P&C, Payroll, IT, Benefits, and others to ensure appropriate support.

Create and provide reports and analysis for Director of Labor relations, Americas North including labor costs, historical lookbacks, attendance, and other as needed.

Develop and implement people metric key performance indicators that drive value for the business.

Coordinate with Americas North Plant P&C leaders / paymasters to ensure pay rules are aligned with the collective bargaining agreement and consistently interpreted. Research and escalate irregularities to Director of Labor Relations.

Administer the forming bonus and pay for performance program, including training of applicable plant personnel

SCOPE AND IMPACTThis position applies to the Americas North region.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree preferred;

Five to seven years of analytical experience;

A minimum of three to five years working with collective bargaining agreements and time/attendance tools (SAP, Ceridian, Kronos etc.) experience required.

Demonstrated prior project management experience and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams) and reporting software (Business Objects).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSMinimal Travel within US and Canada
