Construction Project Manager- Columbus Area

Construction Project Manager - Columbus Location: Columbus, OH (on-site/travel to sites around Cbus area) Duration: 18 Month contract - opportunity to go Fulltime for someone located in market Details:

• Collaborate with development team and vendors for post-construction audits, QA/QC for installation quality assurance/guidelines
• Independently investigate and solve construction issues, manage multiple priorities, converse well with construction entities, and provide direction in the field
• Organize construction forecast and create BOM's (Bill of Materials)
• Understands Microwave pathing and Microwave builds end to end
• Execute on project management responsibilities related to Microwave deployment.
• Handle RFPs, quotes, purchase order submittals, invoicing and material releases, post-plan of record audits
• Excel and Database experience - managing projects, doing entries and updates
• Manager numerous general contractors, do redline CD's, and manage things from a hard cost perspective
• Managed targeted deadlines for Contractors and A&E Vendors to shorten the timeline of jobs open for contracted installs and construction
• Utilize MagentaBuilt throughout project process

• 7+ years experience in TELECOM construction
• Experience creating BOM's
• Experience Coordinating and managing vendors performing QC/QA Inspections, Final Punch and site acceptance walks.
• Excel/Database experience, can do pivot tables, V-look ups, etc.
• Experience with project management practices in the construction/tcom field
• Understanding of industry standards in relation to installation/quality assurance guidelines

• Have former Carrier experience (T-Mobile, Verizon)
• Experience with MagentaBuilt
