POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The Supervisor is an essential role in the company that oversees daily operations at the worksite to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers, helpers, and leads on job sites.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Enforce safety regulations and conduct site inspections to maintain compliance.

Train and mentor employees to improve skills, efficiency, and job performance.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

Proven experience in construction supervision or a related leadership role.

Strong knowledge of general contracting practices, construction methods, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
