The Content Marketing Manager leads the creation and execution of content and marketing communication strategies, supporting all product lines and customer segments with the aim to enhance brand awareness, introduce new products, and increase digital presence—all with the goal of generating leads and driving growth of all brands of Associated Materials, LLC.The Content Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Communications.Objectives and Scope of ResponsibilitiesHelp create and execute the content marketing strategy by defining target audiences, identifying content to match steps in the buying journey, and determining expected outcomes and how success will be measuredManage the process through a content calendar, which will drive creation, scheduling, and recurring posting of content to digital and social media channels using available online tools to manage time and efficiencyDevelop and help execute content creation, including customer communicationsIdentify trends in social interactions to help plan and post timely digital and social media multi-channel campaigns to expand online communitiesHelp develop and coordinate the production of multimedia content (literature, eBlasts, blog posts, website content, videography, etc.) to support new product launchesDrive lead generation efforts and enhance lead nurturing through content, with a majority being digital in natureWork with vendor(s) in developing and executing PR/advertising programsCollaborate with digital marketing/web platform manager to develop and support SEO strategyIdentify opportunities and collaborate with digital marketing manager in implementation of digital advertisements (such as Google AdWords, paid social, etc.)Collaborate with marketing team to optimize user engagement on branded websitesServe as content marketing and brand ambassador for the businessSupport marketing leaders with additional duties as requiredKey RelationshipsMarketing team members: collaborating to establish efficiencies while driving innovation and results that demonstrate our function’s value to the organization and its growthCustomers and their marketing/digital teams: sharing content to enhance SEO and drive traffic to pages with our branded contentHomeowners: creating content programs to spark pull-through demand of our productsSales and sales leadership teams: building a strong collaboration culture to support sales while generating, nurturing, and providing them marketing qualified leadsProduct management teams: working together to innovatively introduce new products and solutionsExternal and professional association colleagues: leveraging knowledge share and learning best practices for continual improvement
