Contract General Contractor/Maintenance Technician

Trusted General Contracting is hiring a contractor/maintenance technician.

This is a contract position paid weekly at an hourly rate of $25-35/hour based on experience level.

Required

-Attention to detail and quality work done correctly

-Ability to work with out oversight and complete daily task lists while adding to task lists based on on site observations

-Maintain a reliable vehicle that can transport 4x8 sheet goods or lumber (truck/work van)

-Maintain hand tools (impact/drill, saws, handtools, etc.)

-Ability to safly work on a ladder

-Ability to use technology (computer, smart phone, etc)

-Must either maintain your own insurance or waive liability - this is a contract position in which there is no workers comp qualification.
