Contract lawyer for real estate matter

Michigan lawyer looking for local counsel for commercial real estate/contract defense case. Someone trying o foreclose on a note. We will do most of the writing so need counsel for appearances and review and guidance on local laws. Contract latter will likely settle after a few months, the parties have a history.
