Description We are in search of an adept Control Management Manager for our client's team located in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be positioned in the heart of operations, working on control management processes for corporate responsibility. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is ideal for those with a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving. Key responsibilities: Conducting general controls review and upkeep for the Corporate Responsibility control framework. Assisting with the operation and management of the CR CORE risk & control framework and various control processes. Performing process control validations and reviews, and facilitating compliance by testing key controls and reviewing control management reports. Providing advisory support on control issues and offering context for questions regarding the CORE framework and regular control reviews. Engaging with the Corporate Control Management organization to ensure that control requirements are met. Developing or updating end-to-end process maps and assessing control implications of potential program changes or business expansion. Assisting with the team’s compliance due diligence process, including reviewing and dispositioning sanctions, negative media, or other alerts. Conducting research and investigation on alerts using firm proprietary tools and public-source information. Preparing and distributing status notifications on requests pending due diligence or that have outstanding alerts. Maintaining appropriate documentation of diligence results, including in systems of record to facilitate control measures. Managing and reporting on functions such as Records Management, Employee Designations, Contributions Approval Matrix Reviews, Procedures Management, User Tool Program Compliance, Office of Legal Obligations, E-Communications, Deposit Accounts Reconciliation, and Business Resiliency.Requirements Must have proficiency in design, implementation, and execution of business systems. Should be able to act as a liaison between different business units and stakeholders. Must be adept at capturing and documenting business requirements in a Business Requirement Document. Experience in conducting AB Testing is essential. Must be capable of translating business requirements into functional specifications. Should have strong analytical skills to understand and evaluate complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies. Should have problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during project execution. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills are required. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software is essential. Knowledge of the latest industry trends and developments.
