Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller based in Akron, Ohio. As part of our team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, directly collaborating with our CFO, and operating within the non-profit industry. This is an onsite role that involves managing various accounting functions, leveraging different software systems, and working towards the financial goals of our organization.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Use accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for efficient management of financial data Ensure compliance with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations and standards Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement budget processes Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and management Manage ERP solutions for integrating and managing business processes Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
