The Transportation Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
- Tracks, calculates, and coordinates driver and route information
- Performs driver check-ins
- Processes driver payroll efficiently and accurately
- Assists with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation compliance as needed
- Schedules backhaul appointments
- Audits driver paperwork to ensure accuracy
- Has superior organizational skills
- Proficient in using computers
- Maintains attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentComputer skills, Time management, Multitasker
Preferred Qualifications:CDL License and 1 year experience in the trucking industry
