CSR / Dispatch

Local Trucking Company in Perrysburg is currently looking for a full time position for data entry and customer service.

Job Details

- Inputting dispatches into trucking system.

- Invoicing customers

- Printing off new orders

- Maintaining spreadsheets for trailer pools

- Answering phones

- Checking on drivers

- Collection on past due accounts.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to work alone in a fast paced environment with great attention to detail.

- Experience in the transportation industry a plus

- Strong customer service skills

- Strong analytical skills are crucial in order to evaluate customer situation/needs and act accordingly.

- Must be able to troubleshoot and think under stressful situations.

- The successful candidate must be highly organized, accurate, and be able to work well under pressure.

- Must be computer savvy.

- Must be computer literate and have experience in A/P, A/R, and Collections

- Only reliable individuals with a strong work ethic need apply.

- This is an entry level position and pay is based on experience. Benefits available after 60 days
