A global market leader in Industrial Precision Solutions and Advanced Technology is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to complement their team for a long-term temporary assignment.$20 - $24 Per Hour Based on ExperienceJob Responsibilities:
Create and manage standard quotations, sales orders, and returns in SAP received via phone or electronically from internal and external customers.
Handle internal and external customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing.
Assist the field sales team to follow up on customer requests around an order or product information.
Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of products, prices, policies, and procedures
Provide basic technical assistance which includes part numbers, basic troubleshooting, and service support.
Involve technical service team when request is for specialty products.
Job Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but NOT required
2-4 year of customer service experience
Previous SAP experience preferred (or other ERP system experience)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
