Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the construction industry located in NORTON, Ohio. This role involves processing incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality work performance. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and requires skills in areas such as customer service, data entry, email correspondence, and handling inbound and outbound calls.Responsibilities: Process and handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and accurately. Maintain and update the customer records in the CRM program on a regular basis. Generate reports as needed or requested by the National Accounts Manager or customer. Provide status updates and report any deficiencies to the Account Representative. Coordinate with technicians to obtain status reports and manage open tickets in the Falcon & CRM programs. Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries and requests. Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and order entry tasks. Provide back-up support to the receptionist for the switchboard during breaks and on-call overflow. Work on other duties and projects as assigned, ensuring an understanding of the inspection services provided by the company. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Expertise in customer service is essential Must possess strong skills in data entry Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls is necessary Capability to efficiently manage email correspondence Familiarity with order entry systems is required Ability to schedule appointments effectively Must be able to generate reports as needed by management Knowledge of the construction/contractor industry is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet Professional and positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
