Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Canton, Ohio. This role is central to our operations and requires a candidate well-versed in customer service and data management. As part of our team, you will be handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications, among other responsibilities, in a dynamic work environment.Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and timeliness, capturing essential details from customer interactions. Assist in the preparation and verification of order entries and invoices, ensuring communication is clear and efficient within the team. Handle troubleshooting issues and liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer service. Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel for data entry, updating information, and generating reports. Address customer queries about billing information promptly and professionally, taking necessary steps to uphold the positive image of the company. Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, participate in meetings, and contribute to sales strategy discussions. Maintain an organized and updated database in collaboration with the Sales team. Address billing queries and ensure they are handled effectively. Take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to the role.
