Our direct client is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator!

The Position: The Customer Support Coordinator will work to satisfy Client's internal and external customers in a timely, courteous, and expedient manner. This role will investigate and reach out to potential customers in an effort to increase sales and market share. In addition, this role will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, and assist individuals interested in opening accounts. Responsibilities in this role include:
  • Receiving, investigating, and responding to customer inquiries and RFQ’s
  • Processing and managing incoming orders through completion
  • Managing return authorizations
  • Purchasing, following, and expediting special (non-stock) items
  • Assisting fellow employees as required
  • Provide reports as required
  • Record customer feedback
  • Research and investigate potential customers and markets and report to management

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers while maintaining a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • 2+ Years’ experience with industrial products or the ability to successfully learn.
