Our F100 client located in a NE suburb of Cleveland, OH is looking for a Data Analyst to assist with a modernization project in a 12-month contract position. This particular team reports data to outside statistical agencies for compliance purposes. In this role, they'll be looking for someone with strong SQL experience (being able to query and manipulate data, etc), as well as good experience working with tools like Alteryx and Tableau for preparing data for reporting and visualization purposes. Intermediate-Advanced experience with Excel is desired, as well as experience working with cloud databases (like Snowflake).

This opportunity is open to either fully remote or hybrid/on-site.

Essential Skills:

- Strong data manipulation and end user visualization skills; proficient with a variety of analytical tools and languages (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, and Snowflake) - Advanced problem solving and critical thinking abilities; passion for researching and answering business questions, uncovering and correcting data anomalies, utilize coding skills and creativity to re-create the current data call process

Plusses:

- Familiar with business processes and system knowledge - Familiar with Big Data concepts, practices and terminology - Intermediate MS Office skills including intermediate skills in Excel including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets, including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts and graphing - Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis reporting tools - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations - Ability to work with and maintain confidential information - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Ability to adapt
