Data Analytics Director/Program ManagerWe are looking for a senior level Data Analytics Program Manager with Director experience to become a full-time member of TOP Consulting’s Program/Project management practice. Qualified candidates will be responsible for setting the strategy and overseeing the execution of responsibilities completed by the data analytics team. This position serves as a thought leader responsible for guiding the implementation and support of key functions including data integration, data management, development of business intelligence analytical products and establishment of an enterprise data warehouse capabilities. Leadership contributions for this role will directly impact the organization’s strategic plan, by directing the development of data and analytical services to ensure success in the organizations value-based transformative changes necessary to remain successful in the face of healthcare’s evolving, complex environmental change. This position will be responsible for the use of best practices in project management methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Managing healthcare IT systems
  • Working with healthcare data in support of providing solutions with data modeling, data integration, data governance and Business Intelligence products for Clinical, Financial and Consumer analytics
  • Developing strategic plans, transformation teams and technologies
  • Familiarity with recent developments in data science and “big data”
  • Experience in Detailed knowledge and understanding of two or more key Healthcare Businesses including Hospital operations, Health plans, Health Insurance or provider operations including physician group practices
  • Keen understanding of current healthcare marketplace including competitors and best practice systems across the nation
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead and support a culture of project discipline and methodology
  • Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams and in complex matrix relationships
  • Excellent relationship and team skills Strategic thinking Executive presence
  • Effective use of personal computer technology for generating reports, trending information, and creating presentations
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodology
  • Knowledge of feasibility analysis, document preparation, forecasting, predictive modeling, marketing strategies, managed care/healthcare financing
  • Securing support and alignment with Senior leaders to move strategic initiatives forward, as well as motivating, leading, and managing successful project teams
  • Experience with development and reporting of project status, issues and project financial analysis
  • Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task
  • Manage project teams to deliver highly visible strategic solutions for our clients
  • Manage all aspects of project lifecycle delivery from initiation through close-out and transition
  • Build key relationships with client managers and executives
  • Drive strategic decisions and discussions around project priorities
  • Mitigate risk, proactively work project issues

Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience with IT solution delivery in large organizations
  • 7-10 years IT management with a focus on developing strategic plans, transformation teams and technologies
  • 3-5 years healthcare analytics/data management solutions in a complex environment – integrated delivery system
  • Clear understanding of industry best practices and standards related to Data Analytics
  • Experience with Master Data Management is preferred
  • Strong oral, written, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Track record of success guiding and leading project teams to success
  • Skilled in all aspects of the project management lifecycle and critical processes
  • PMP Certification
  • 4-year degree required – Masters preferred
