Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Data and Reporting Professional 2 supports CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy's Pharma Reporting Team related to clinical and payer reporting. This is an opportunity in a growing environment to support clinical outcome data, presentations, Power BI analytics along with payer reporting requirements.The Data and Reporting Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Data and Reporting Professional 2:

Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.

Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts

Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.

Creates specifications for reports based on business requests.

Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

2 years of healthcare industry experience

2 or more years of experience in SQL

Technical experience in data reporting

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including PowerBi, Word, , Access and PowerPoint

In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.

Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.

Excellent organizational skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience.

Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Experience in managed care or health care sector

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$59,100 - $81,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
