Job Description:Strong hands on Data Modelling tech resource Who has knowledge of multiple databases like oracle(Must), Netezza, Snowflake, HadoopStrong advance PL/SQL knowledge and data modelling.Provides direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs.Participates in architecture and software development activities.Translates loosely defined requirements into solutionUses open source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project.Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow.Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.Performs incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.Detailed Job Description:Experience developing the strategy for and building data and analytics solutionsExperienced in data modeling principles, and Data Warehouse/ETL programsExperienced in modernizing legacy ETL programs/applications (for instance using Spark)Extensive experience with enterprise data architecture for transactional systems, analytical platforms, master data management, data governance framework, data integration and large-scale data migrationExperience with relational and non-relational data platformsExperience in DevOpsFinancial service industry acumen and experience to lead large cross-functional initiatives in information architecture, reference models management and data integrationsUnderstanding of data governance, management, and data capabilities needed for a robust data program in support of business objectives.Experience in leading the establishment of data capabilities at an enterprise level.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, appreciation of the enterprise data vision.Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in absence of detailed instructions.Impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors, and global teams.Ability to influence senior Data Governance, Compliance, Operational Risk and Audit, and other key business stakeholders.
